Wholesale Account Requirements:

Sale to a wholesale customer implies the person or organization is in the business of buying and selling or installing plant material. In the State of Texas, the resale of plants requires that a person be knowledgeable of the responsibilities and the legal requirements it entails and would resale and transport plant materials only in strict accordance with Chapter 71 of the State of Texas Agricultural Code. Therefore, as proof of their qualification, each wholesale customer must furnish to us two copies of two documents:

(1) Nursery Floral Certificate obtained from the State of Texas Agricultural Dept.
(2) Texas State and Use Tax Permit obtained from the State of Texas Comptroller’s Office

All prices are intended for the wholesale trade only and are subject to change without notice.

Guarantee
We guarantee our stock to be true to name. If any should prove otherwise we will gladly replace it. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for more than the purchase price.

Delivery
Deliveries are availablewithin the West Texas area. Rates given upon request.
